CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL Deposits are a non refundable booking fee used to secure your approved appointment slot. In the event your appointment needs to be rescheduled, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the start time of your appointment. There is a 35% fee, that will be deducted from the card on file at time of booking, for no show or cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time along with forfeiture of deposit. IT is advised to reach out to reschedule prior to cancelling your appointment.
